Big Co. Small Co.
Which ones better? Or do they all suck?
I started off working for an organisation that had 11 ppl. from where i moved to one which had a much larger number of ppl. but were spread all over the country, and now i am working for one of the biggest educational institutions in the country. During my first job I used to think abt. one day joining a big company and now that i am there i wonder whats so different (wrt the )...? Ghoom Phirke sab ek jaiseich hai...
For one all the 3 co.'s had/have HR departments that suck big time...Marketing heads who dont know whats happening around them...and Supremos who relied on their deputies for most of the things and made dcisions that sucked bigtime...is it just a coincidence that they are all located in the vicinty of banjara hills???? i think so...
I dunno where i go next...but I am certainly not looking for a bigger or a smaller company...but then there isnt ne company thats perfect for u...
kya kar sakte...

late latif
Thats what I am .
I've tried to change meself but have been unseccessful.
Today morning it was the same sorry tale repeating itself for the nth time.
I have to reach office at 9. It takes me 15-25 mins of driving on the gr8 roads of hyd. to reach here. So if i get up at 7:30 every thing would happen smoothly (yes every thing!)...but then if i woke up at 7:30 i wldnt. b writing this! I always wake up at 8. Which means I have to squeeze my morning activities - namely, brushing teeth, pottyying, bathing, wearing clothes, having breakfast, cleaning my shoes, washing my undies, tying the shoe lace into a timespan of just 30 - 35 mins.
And then some how I am on my scooter trying desperately to go past fellow motorists in my quest to beat the clock, but they do there best to stop me from doing just that. First in that list are our good old auto wallas. I dunno how they get to know that some poor soul who is already late to the office is on the road. They will do all they can to torment the poor one. Their evil acts include driving slowly rite in front of ur vehicle on a narrow street, coz they dont have a savari, so that u keep honking like mad.*******. When u finally go past him cursing ur destiny there will b some one else, an aunty in a car or a uncle on a scooter, doing the same thing. Not to mention the good old bus drivers. They may look tough but when a aunty/lady/girl asks them to stop the bus they do it without a second thot, completly forgetting on which side of the road there bus is. The result is string of screeching halts by the ppl. driving behind the bus hoping for a chance to overtake it.
After i reach office I always wonder, if only I woke up 1/2 hr earlier life wld have been much better.
if only... *sigh*

phirst post
This is my first post in my blog...which I dunno when I had created. Being the lazy guy that I am it took neumorous mails from the FH team pleading "Please add posts to your bolgs!" and a really boring day at work to finally feel make me write.
-------------
Last week I was pleasently surprised to find out that I had cleared my exams. There were four subjects, and i had flunked all of them in my previous attempt! i ended up scoring more in the subject that had scared the shit outta me in the previous attempt(namely, Bhagwan Macro Economics). Accounting Bhagwan whom I have been worshipping for the last ...well... 6 years now was angry at me and granted me only passing marks.
This time though I have to fight a demon. This demon is more mightier than neother I have heard off. he is called Quantrakshasa. Its going to take a whole lot of tapasya to get the special powers that will help me kill it. Quantrakshasa has the deadly ability of surprising his opponents with astras. My seniors who tried to tackle him are still licking the wounds inflicted onto them by the deadly hypothesisastra.
My battle with him is on 10th april.Need to go into goddess saraswatis sharanam and start my tapasya immediately.
c ya then
